Our Minor in Possession (MIP) Education Class is designed for adolescents and young adults who have received a citation related to the possession or use of alcohol or other substances. This program provides a structured, educational approach that promotes accountability, informed decision-making, and long-term behavioral change.

Participants will gain a clear understanding of the legal consequences associated with underage substance use, as well as the physical, emotional, and social impacts. The class also focuses on building practical life skills, including decision-making, peer pressure resistance, and emotional regulation.

Through guided discussion, evidence-based education, and reflective exercises, clients are encouraged to examine their choices, identify risk factors, and develop healthier coping strategies. The goal is not only to meet court or legal requirements, but to empower participants to make responsible, future-oriented decisions.
